0165(2,c): licensor observed the following: in the chickadees room in a drawer in the main childcare space wothout a lock and accessible to children. In the bears classroom, a phone charger cord plugged near the fridge and in a cupboard underneath the handwashing sink in the classroom. 0165(2,d): licensor observed in the Chimpunks classroom plastic bag in two of the children's basket in the cubby area. Licensor observed in the Wolves classroom a tash bag underneath the sink and on the bottom shelf of a push cart. Licensor observed in the Owls classroom a plastic bag in one of the children's cubby. 0165(5,b): Licensor osberved a plug near the sink in the kitchen to not be GFCI. 0165(5,f): Licensor observed an extension cord used as a primary power source for a cd player in the Chickadees room. 0165(3,c): Licensor observed the following: licensor observed two broken bins in the block areain the bear classroom. In the Raccoon's classroom there is a cracked plastic bin in the kitchen area. 0165(3,a): Licensor observed basket in Owls and Wolves classroom have wires baskets that are coming undone and have sharp points. 0165 (3,g): Licensor observed the following: In the Racoons room: three of the xylophones have rust on them, a piano have rust, and two of the xylophones have flaking paint.
